We can discuss your budget, as well as your intended project completion date and how that relates to our current production schedule.
Unlike other contractors, we utilize the design/build approach, and bring it all in-house, so you have a “team” approach from start to finish. We provide value to our clients throughout the process and strive to provide outstanding service to you.
We are here to help and here is what you can expect from us:
Initial call:
- 15-20 minute "Get to Know You" conversation
- Discuss scope, service and expectations
- Discuss the timing and the budget of your project
- Schedule a time for an on-site visit and more in-depth consultation
- The Next Step: If it is agreeable we move to the next step! In most cases, this means a simple on-site visit with the intent to sign a design agreement, which is the beginning of our comprehensive design/build approach
On-site visit:
- Visit and become familar with your home and space.
- Narrow down your family's needs and goals for your project
- Walk-through the design process, and the nominal fees involved, and establish an approximate budget in relation to the scope of work.
- We will establish the next step. If our design process is right for you, we will send over a simple design agreement with an invoice for your to approve and pay. Its that easy!
- After an agreement, we will schedule a time for a measure and photo documentation visit and get to work!
