The Mission of Gettum Associates, Inc Design and Remodel Contractors is to improve the homes and lifestyles of our clients. We succeed at this because of the integrity of our staff, our trade partners and our commitment to a rock solid work ethic and our passion for remaining current with the newest innovations in our industry.

In a TEAM, no one person is less important than the other. Clients can see and feel the difference of a well-performing TEAM. Know-Like-Trust is easier to accomplish. Everyone “rowing in the right direction” leads to predictable outcomes of company success.

We help our clients stay in the neighborhood, around their neighbors and school systems that they love. We provide peace of mind that we can be left in our clients homes unattended.

Why our TEAM matters?

We believing in hiring the right individual first! Regardless of ability, our TEAM members are expected to uphold a minimum standard of behavior that they are expected to follow, regardless of their role. These standards are the foundation for a positive company culture and employee trust.

  • Perseverance: We all struggle at times. Whether it is a mistake made, or just not understanding something, pushing through to the best of our abilities is not only a quality of a great teammate, but is personally rewarding by building confidence.

  • Balance: Careers are important. However, not having a life outside of work is detrimental to the TEAM as well to you and your. We encourage having a life outside of Monday-Friday. Limiting industry related activity (“side work”) will go a long way to feeling mentally and physically refreshed on Monday.
